Statistical Analysis can be done quite easily using the Data Analysis Tool. It needs to be activated using the Options tab on MS Excel
Data Analysis is an essential part of Media and Communication Research. Most of the essential statistical tests can be done quite easily with the Data Analysis option on MS Excel. This feature is not available on the default mode of MS Excel but can easily be activated through the ‘Options’ tab. In this video recorded on July 18, 2021 I demonstrate how to activate this feature and then use the Data Analysis option to perform Descriptive Statistics on the ‘Age’ variable of a sample data set.
